They are manufactured onsite from extruded polystyrene insulating boards bonded under vacuum pressure to an immensely strong GRP skin incorporating woven glass fibre matting, using a chemically curing adhesive. Door cavities are similarly insulated and sealed with the same GRP. The insulation has a very low thermal conductivity (K) factor of 0.025W/m2/K. The finished interior is totally waterproof. The cab-facing side of the bulkhead will be carpeted in a complementary style in those cases where there is no OEM's bulkhead.Floor: Unless agreed otherwise and stated below a blue gelcoat with a smooth waterproof surface finishes the floor and seals the joints at the floor edges so that they are totally impervious to moisture. The insulated floor, wheelboxes and skirtings are fabricated using WBP-grade plywood which is reinforced and waterproofed by laminating with resin and fibre glass.Conversion: Vauxhall Vivaro SWB converted for CHILLED use with entry via OEM's sliding NEARSIDE & double REAR doors. OEM's steel bulkhead will be left in situ. Insulation will be nominally 50mm thick.Loading method: Manual loading
