This information can be supplied in paper or electronic format including e-mail and CD. Our Fleet Management operating software also allows clients:

FLEET MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

Vanatic Fleet aims to harmonise the activities of the driver, the fleet operator and the service provider to produce efficient and cost effective fleet management.

With the intention of reducing vehicle capital costs, as well as freeing up your own time, Vanatic Fleet offers a professional vehicle acquisition service.

Our buyers would attend to your requirements, from the initial enquiry all the way through to vehicle delivery, constantly keeping you in touch with the progress of all events.

A bespoke service can be created to accommodate your requirements. A documented procedure would be formalised at implementation stage where you have the opportunity to define the specific acquisition requirements.

Typically these procedures would include:

  • The negotiation of preferential terms with both dealers and manufacturers.
  • Creation and publication of whole life cost data relating to applicable vehicles within your vehicle selection policy. Review and amendment of such data can be performed at your own defined intervals.
  • Introduction of Direct Driver Contact scheme.
  • Administration and management of vehicle demonstration programmes.
  • Provision of assistance and advice regarding vehicle specifications.

ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT

Vanatic Fleet views Accident Management as an extension of our Maintenance Management service. The same control mechanisms apply to vehicle body repairs as to general mechanical and component repairs.

In line with RMI (Retail Motor Industry Federation) quality standards and procedures, and in utilising their 1,200+ network of approved outlets, Vanatic Fleet will ensure that:

  • All vehicles are recovered and estimates provided within an agreed timescale.
  • We will judge repair cost and vehicle downtime with equal consideration, before awarding the repair to any given body shop.
  • All repairs are progress chased on an automated basis thus minimising down-time as well as potential hire / replacement vehicle costs.

Vanatic Fleet has the capability to provide a bespoke accident management service based on the client’s specific requirements, which may include:

  • The issue of Incident report forms to drivers
  • Recording of all accident data for utilisation in management reports.
  • Introduction of third party claims handling

FUEL MANAGEMENT

In partnership with FastFuel, Vanatic Fleet provides access to a network of thousands of fuel outlets including all major chain, supermarket and motorway sites.

  • The cards are provided free of charge, and the clients charged pump price for all transactions.
  • In order to prevent unauthorised spending, purchases can be restricted, for example, to fuel and oil only.
  • For ease of use, cards can be made specific to vehicle and/or driver.
An advanced software interface between fuel card transaction reports and our fleet management system, allows Vanatic Fleet to provide the customer with a detailed analysis on items such as fuel expenditure, up-to-date vehicle mileages and fuel consumption.
